Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS:

Makes 1 Loaf

3 soft bananas
1/2 cup of butter
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 and 3/4 cup of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.) Mash Bananas in a bowl. [Pic]

3.) Combine butter and sugar in different mixing bowl than bananas. Mix well (2-3 Minutes). [Pic]

4.) Add eggs, to butter and sugar mixture. Mix well. [Pic]

5.) Add mashed bananas. Mix. [Pic]

6.) In a bowl (I reuse the bowl that held the mashed bananas), combine remaining dry ingredients and give a quick stir. [Pic]

7.) Slowly (1 cup at a time) add dry mixed ingredients to wet mixture. Mix until no dry mixture is visible before adding next cup. [Pic]

8.) Using a loaf pan, grease it and line with parchment paper. [Pic]

9.) Fill greased loaf pan with banana loaf mixture. Do not overfill pan. [Pic]

10.) Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour. [Pic]
